Neither Ashley nor I (Cindy) have ever blogged before. However, I have read many blogs and I do enjoy writing. So, this is me, trying. My hope is that I mostly talk about something pertaining to our lives as macaron bakers. Our trials and tribulations, if you will. As many of you bakers know, baking macarons is not always easy. There are many failures as well as successes. So we will try to share both of them here. If there is one thing we've learned while baking macaron shells, it is that failures teach you better baking. Failures also help you appreciate your victories. And so we try never to be stressed or upset over a botched batch, as it will just allow us to appreciate the batch that bakes perfectly.
