My Latest Fail

So here it is. My most recent macaron fail while attempting to create a new flavor. Ashley and I pride ourselves in developing flavors that taste just as their titles suggest. One of our favorite moments at the markets is being able to see our customers try a sample and watch them smile as the flavor intensifies. We also have been known to enjoy an occasional game of "guess the macaron flavor." This was just one of those nights that challenges me to do better and get it right. When I perfect it, I will be sure to write about it.
